Daphtora: Easy Returns & Exchange Policy
Our 180-Day Promise

We want you to absolutely love your Daphtora homeware. If you don't, we make returns simple.
To initiate a return, please email us directly at service@daphtora.com with your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to send back. You have a generous 180 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
For a smooth return process, please ensure your item(s) meet the following criteria:

The items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Returns sent to us without prior approval from our Customer Service Team unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Final Sale: Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Fees: Initial shipping costs and shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Once your return is approved by our team, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.

Shipping Responsibility: Please be aware that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. To ensure your refund is processed, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Processing Time: We work hard to process all refunds quickly, but please allow up to 14 days after approval for your return request to be completed.

Refund Issuance: Once your return has been received and processed, we will promptly issue a refund to your original method of payment. If you have not seen the refund appear within 7 business days of receiving our confirmation email, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Oops! Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your beautiful homeware immediately upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us at service@daphtora.com immediately.
You won’t need to return the faulty item—we’ll resolve the issue right away and send you a replacement to make it perfectly right!
Exchanges
The quickest and easiest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase first. Once your return is approved, simply place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Order Cancellation & Corrections

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us within this short timeframe, as orders are promptly sent to our fulfillment team the next morning. We cannot accept cancellations made outside of this 12-hour window.

Corrections: If you need to correct an error in your order or shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible before the item ships! We would be pleased to assist you.
My Order Never Arrived
Our estimated shipping time is 5–8 business days (excluding 1–3 business days processing time). If your order has not arrived within this window, please allow an additional 5 business days for unforeseen courier delays. If your order still hasn't arrived after a total of 15 business days, please contact us, and we will ship a replacement immediately.
